Institutional Testing
TOEFL Primary ® and TOEFL Junior ® Speaking
To participate in institutional Testing, test takers must be currently enrolled in the school or institution’s program to be registered.
CBT (Computer Based Testing) is an examination method in which the test is administered using your school’s or organization’s computer or tablet. In addition to selecting answers with the mouse, examinees are required to type their name and examination number on the keyboard.

Notification of Results | Schools/institutions will be notified of your group’s results 1 to 2 months after the end of the scoring period specified by ETS ®, and schools/institutions will be able to see the results on the website. We will also be sending the official score report and score roster to schools/institutions. |
Test Applicants | All test takers in your group must belong to the school or organization to qualify for the test. |

Group Registration
To administer the TOEFL Primary ® Step 1 and Step 2 tests and the TOEFL Junior ® Standard test in a group at your institution, please register your group information on the TOEFL ® Internet Service for Group Testing (also known as “Group My Page”).

The venue for the test must be reviewed and approved in advance. Please check the venue checklist on your ‘Group My Page’ and prepare one to three pictures of the site. You will be notified if your application has been approved by email within 3 business days after applying for the venue screening. Also, please make sure that your network and the PC or tablets you plan to use for the speaking test are compatible with the test.

50 Days Before Test Date
Applying for your Test Date
Please apply from ‘Group My Page’ on the website to select your preferred test date. If you apply or change the application less than 50 days before the test, it may be rejected depending on the content. We will send a confirmation approving your test date.

20 Days Before Test Date
Confirmation of Test Takers
Please confirm your test taker roster at least 20 days prior to the test date and register on the ‘Group My Page’.
No changes can be made within 20 days of the test. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged. -
7 Days Before Test Date
Sending Test Materials
Test materials (i.e. headsets) will be sent to you based on the number of students scheduled to take the test.

Notification of Results on the Website
Schools/students can check test results on ‘Group My Page’. Schools will be notified by e-mail when the results are ready. Schools can view the progress of the test results and compare by classroom. For more information, please visit the login page below.
Test takers can also view their results on the “Individual Test Takers” login.Issuing Score Reports and Sending Invoices
A score roster and an official score report (with a Japanese version of the score guide) will be sent to your institution along with your invoice.

Billing Date by the End of the Following Month
Payment of the Test Fee
Based on the invoice mailed to school/institution, please make a transfer to the designated bank by the last day of the month following the invoice date.
